NEW AFRICA DAILY NEWS, Freetown, Sierra Leone- Celebrated investment moneybags, multinational speaker, columnist and career tycoon – Vusi Thembekwayo will be in Uganda from 4th to 7th March of 2020 for a sequel of deluxe betrothals with Uganda’s business institution.

Vusi, who is being hosted by Capital One Group – a marketing communications agency operating in Uganda and Kenya, will talk to the business community in two sessions; ‘Breakfast With Vusi’ to be held at Kampala Serena hotel and ‘Cocktails With Vusi’ which will be held at Naguru Skyz Hotel.

Paul Mwirigi Muriungi – Capital One Group’s Managing Director, illustrated fervor at this once in a lifetime relief for Ugandan corporates and entrepreneurs saying, “We are proud to host Vusi Thembekwayo whose business pedigrees is matchless and is evaluated in his consumer appreciations, board engagements and proposals to speak across the globe.”

Conceded as one of the most important venture capitalists in the African continent, Vusi fulfills on the council of The South African Venture Capitalist Association (SAVCA) and is

Managing Partner of Watermark Capital Partners – a Pan-African personal capital firm with assets across the sub-continent.

“This is a rare chance to have Vusi visit Uganda and we, therefore, urge top corporate organizations business leaders, managed element teams and boards as well as entrepreneurs who want to position their businesses for growth in the new decade to attend”, furthered Mr. Mwirigi.

Vusi applauded Uganda’s growth in the final decade but accentuated the want for industries to do more to be prepared to effectively vie in the new decade: “I look forward to my engagement in Uganda and sharing insights on how businesses can achieve exponential growth in linear markets. It is important for business leaders to position themselves for exceptional growth in times of change and uncertainty.”

Thembekwayo is the Chairman of MyGrowthFund – a community controverter capital firm and business accelerator.

At 25, Thembekwayo ran an R400 million division at a renowned multinational and went on to be one of the youngest Directors of a JSE listed company.

He is the former CEO of advisory firm Motiv8 Advisory. In early 2017, he sold a majority stake of his management advisory and growth consultancy business Motiv8 Advisory to the United States-based Watermark Advisory LLP.
