They say it is quite unfortunate that eight years after the CRC submitted its report to the President of Ghana on the need to make some amendments to portions of the 1992 constitution, the government has failed to fully implement the road map. AfDB Board Officially Confirmed: $ 115 Billion Capital Base Boost for Africa’s Development and Growth
