NEW AFRICA DAILY  NEWS, Freetown. SIERRA LEONE, in a bid to realize food sufficiency, food security, economic growth and self – reliance in Sierra Leone, the EMF president Sfano Njawa Sesay has got the attention of noteworthy persons and organizations to help his group to gain massive investments in the Agricultural sector in Sierra Leone.

Sfano Njawa Sesay – the EMF President attracted the attention of the former First Lady of the Republic of Sierra Leone – Isha Kabbah, the widow of the late President Ahmad Tejan Kabbah under the Sierra Leone People’s Party (SLPP) government, to her Freetown office at Albert Street, off Circular Road.

Isha Kabbah – the Executive Head of Ahmad Tejan Kabbah Foundation, help discussions over plans to help attract massive investment from internal and external organizations in Agriculture and Agribusiness in Sierra Leone. Popularly known as I.J, Isha Kabbah stated her appreciation to the EMF for its admirable efforts that brandish success and a show of recall of the good story behind agriculture and agribusiness in Sierra Leone before the outbreak of the civil war that left the people and the economy to the barest minimum.

Erstwhile first lady, pronounced that her late husband – President Ahmed Tejan Kabbah was courageous and contributed to ending the war, brought peace. She said that to sustain the fragile peace, her late husband gave support to viable youth ideas like the ‘Everybody Must Farm’ empowering the youth especially vulnerable women and children in society.

“I endorse the “Everybody Must Farm’ Project. The idea is influential to the speedy development of the people that are expected to gain knowledge about their roles and responsibilities in the society, “Mrs. Kabbah noted.
